Renovation of a municipal facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of May 7, 2025, a construction manager and architect have been selected. Construction will begin in July of 2025. Mecklenburg County, North Carolina Mecklenburg County is requesting a Statement-of-Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Architectural/Engineering firms for professional services. The project will consist of upgrades and/or replacement of access control, physical security & video surveillance systems at the Mecklenburg County Courthouse. The Firm selected must be licensed in North Carolina, qualified & have experience providing Master Planning and Design of fully Integrated Access Control, Security & Video Surveillance System Upgrades.
