Request for Qualifications The Charlotte Mecklenburg Board of Education (CMBE) is soliciting qualifications from engineering and design firms to provide proposals for contract drawings and contract administration for Roof Repairs for the following schools: Alexander Graham Middle School Phases 2 through 4, Mallard Creek Elementary School 3 Phases, Olympic High School 3 Phases, West Mecklenburg High School 4 Phases. Request each school individually. Proposals received after this date and time will be returned unopened. CMBE reserves the right to reject any and all proposals when such rejection is deemed to be in the best interest of CMBE.
