Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in New Ulm, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
New Ulm 2023 RRFB Project Site Directions: Intersections of: North Highland Ave (CSAH 13) & North Broadway, North Highland Avenue (CSAH 13) & CSAH 29, 5th North Street & Washington Street, Center Street (CSAH 13) & Garden Street, Center Street (CSAH 13) & Highland Avenue, 10th South Street (CSAH 26) & Payne Street. Work includes installation of Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon Systems at various locations within the City limits of New Ulm, Minnesota. Approximate quantities of work include: 432 SF Concrete Sidewalk; Temporary Traffic Control; 258.75 SF Sign, Type C; 6 EACH Pedestrian Crosswalk Flasher System; and Site Restoration. All bids must be sealed and marked "2023 RRFB PROJECT" and each and every proposal must be accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid, payable to the City, to be forfeited to the City in case the successful bidder fails to enter into contract and to furnish satisfactory bond within ten (10) days after acceptance of such bid. The bid will remain subject to acceptance for 45 days after the day of bid opening. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
