Site work and paving for a road / highway in Rossville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Project consists of multiple point repairs of damaged asphalt roadway along Morrison Road and Knox Road in Rossville, Tennessee. Work will include traffic control, saw-cutting around the perimeter of all damaged areas, removal and disposal of asphalt and roadway base material, preparation of repaired areas subgrade, installation of new CTB, asphalt binder, asphalt surfacing of all repaired areas, and final clean-up. All bidders must be licensed contractors as required by Title 62,Chapter 6, of the Tennessee Code Annotated. The bidder s name, license number, and expiration date must appear on the envelope containing the bid. The Town of Rossville reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bidding. Any alternative or qualifications other than those set out, or specifically requested, will be considered informalities. No bidders may withdraw an opened bid within the defined period following actual bid opening without Owner's consent
