Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Rossville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Project consists of abandonment and relocation of approximately 135 LF of 18-inch gravity drainage line, 3 drainage manholes, 1 drainage inlet, preparatory work, erosion control, landscaping, sodding, restoration of existing landscaping and fencing improvements and associated and related work in the rear yards at 385 and 405 Cotton Trail Drive in Rossville, Tennessee. All bidders must be licensed contractors as required by Title 62, Chapter 6, of the Tennessee Code Annotated. Bidder's name, license number, and expiration date must appear on the envelope containing the bid. Vendors Must Comply With All Applicable Licensing Requirements. "Certification by Each Bidder Must Be Made With Respect to Nondiscrimination in Employment. Failure to Execute and Submit Such Certificate With the Bid Shall Cause the Bid to Be Rejected as Non Conforming." The Town of Rossville Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Any Informality in Bidding. Any Alternative or Qualifications Other Than Those Set Out, or Specifically Requested Will Be Considered Informalities. No Bidders May Withdraw an Opened Bid Within the Defined Period Following Actual Bid Opening Without Owner's Consent. Bids Accepted and Read Will Remain Effective for a Period of 60 Days After the Date for the Opening of Such Bid. Award of Contracts Will Be Made on the Basis of the Lowest and Best Bids as Determined by the Town of Rossville.
