Removal and installation of carpet in areas at Letcher County Central High School, including but not limited to the areas listed below: Administration Areas Library Auditorium Band & Choir Rooms The bidder shall present in person or by mail (no faxes) a sealed bid marked Letcher County Board of Education Bid (also listing the specifications item above that you are bidding on). All bids must include an OFFICIAL BID FORM and BIDDER CERTIFICATION with signature. The Letcher County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids when in the best interest of the Letcher County Board of Education.
