Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Grenfell, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Grenfell is requesting tenders to supply labour, materials and equipment to remove and replace sidewalks at the following locations with the listed specifications: * Emke's Automotive Supplies LTD. - 818 Desmond Street- on Regina Avenue location-85 feet in length x 4 feet wide x 4 inches thick; * Kat's Arcade - 737 Desmond Street - Wolseley Ave. location- 125 feet x 8 feet by 4 inches thick; * Grenfell Committee High School- 1001 Grey Ave. 35 feet in length x 11 feet wide x 4 inches thick; * 706 Grey Avenue- 16 feet in length x 5 feet wide x 4 inches thick; * 723 Anderson Street- 70 feet in length x 5 feet wide x 4 inches thick; * Cornerstone Credit Union Bank- 736 Desmond Street- 24 feet in length x 6.5 feet wide x 6 inches thick; * Grenfell Child Care Center- 513 Anderson Street- 40 feet in length x 5 feet wide x 4 inches thick; and * 405 Desmond Street- 12 feet in length x 4feet wide x 4 inches thick The following information must be contained in the written and sealed submission received by the Town on or before the deadline: Contact name, address and phone number of the bidder; Total cost for the work including GST and PST; A statement of start date and completion date by June 2024; Copy of Insurance and WCB coverage clearance; Signature of the bidder.
