Renovation of a restaurant in Norristown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a restaurant.
Simply Divine Catering Restaurant Rehabilitation Project to include the following building improvements for the commercial property located at 14 W Main Street in Norristown; kitchen ceiling retrofit, kitchen bathroom retrofit, kitchen door retrofit, bathroom retrofit, ceiling replacement, drywall replacement, electrical upgrade, flooring replacement, HVAC upgrade, plumbing upgrade, security door upgrade, roof replacement, window retrofit, and water heater upgrade. The Bidders attention is called to the fact that this project is receiving funds under Title 1 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended and as such, the Davis-Bacon Act applies to this Contract and that the successful Bidder shall pay no less than the Federal Wage Rates determined for the project area as set forth on the Contract Documents. A certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid will be required. Bid guarantees, performance bonds and payment bonds will be required. The Municipality reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
