Site work for a water / sewer project in White Stone, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Windmill Point-Marine Improvements project is being developed by Lancaster County and generally consists of approximately 0.25 miles of beach expansion, revegetation, and stabilization with groin removal and breakwater installation, channel dredging, and fishing pier construction east and west of the terminus of Windmill Point Road, State Route 695. The construction shall be in accordance with the various approved and pending VMRC and Corps of Engineer permits for the marine improvements. Bids shall be on the basis indicated in the Bid Form. Bids shall not be submitted by facsimile or email. The Instructions to Bidders/Bid Form with the related plans may be examined on Monday through Friday at the offices of the County of Lancaster, 8311 Mary Ball Road, Lancaster, VA, 22503, and at the office of Bay Design Group, 40 Cross Street, Urbanna, VA, 23175 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
