Renovation of a detention facility in Stafford, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The purpose and intent of the Invitation to Bid is to establish a firm fixed price contract with qualified contractor(s) to provide removal of the current RBI Model MB2000 boiler #3, with a Lochinvar Model FCB2000N boiler from S.E. Burks Sales Company in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications contained herein. The Rappahannock Regional Jail herein referred to as "Owner" issues this solicitation. Work to Commence November 13, 2023 Job Completion June 30, 2024
