The proposed project includes the construction of a new 80,000 ft2 Circuit Court building. 61,798 ft2 of that will be finished and include four circuit courtrooms and spaces for judges’ chambers, Circuit Court Clerk, security, and other associated court functions. 18,202 ft2 will be shelled for the eventual finishing for two additional circuit courtrooms and associated spaces.
