Furnishing and installation of labor and materials for construction of a 340 square foot addition to the existing 705 square foot Recycling Center Building. Work will include a post frame building, wood rafters, general construction items, metal roofing, metal siding, trim, soffit, facia, overhead door, man door, door hardware, window relocation, concrete floor, granular base, pole footings and miscellaneous items. Electric and lighting by Owner. Proposals are to be submitted to the Township in sealed envelopes on the Contractors standard proposal forms and should include a lump sum price for the Work. Contractors shall provide an itemized list of costs and item descriptions to come up with the Total Lump Sum Price. The Town of Eden reserves the right to waive formalities in bidding and to reject any and all bids. No bid shall be withdrawn without the consent of the Owner for a period of forty-five days after the scheduled time of the bid opening. The letting of the work described herein is subjected to the provisions of Section 66.0901 and 66.0903 of the Wisconsin Statutes. The minimum wage rates to be paid for the project shall be in accordance with Section 66.0903 of the Wisconsin Statutes. No State Wage Determinations have been established for this project. Contractor shall carry Public Liability Insurance and Workmen's Compensation Insurance that is satisfactory to the Owner.
