BUDGET: $10,000 TERM: 30 calendar days to final completion will not accept submittals received after said time and date and will refuse any late offers, unopened. All solicitations are subject to the Prohibition of Lobbying Clause -(1) Bid totals only will be read aloud at Bid openings and (2) Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with Selection Committee process, and as the meeting is noticed on . For either process, vendors may attend, however may not ask questions of the Staff, or discuss any aspect of the offer. NOTE: All prospective respondents are hereby advised to NOT CONTACT County officials other than Marion County Procurement Staff with regard to this project. Marion County believes that hiring done through this contract should, to the maximum extent, be offered to citizens within its boundaries that are unemployed or seeking work for the first time.
