Sealed bids will be received for: Ash Brook Golf Course Clubhouse Improvements, Township of Scotch Plains, County of Union, New Jersey. Bidders on this project are required to be preclassified by the State of NJ, Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC); #C009 (General Construction/ Alterations & Additions), #C029 (Structural Steel & Ornamental Iron Works), #C030 (Plumbing), #C032 (HVAC/R), #C045 (Sprinkler System) and #C047 (Electrical) as well as other documentary requirements in the INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS found in the bid specification. If the Bidder himself does not have the required classification(s) as stated above, the Bidder must include and identify a subcontractor(s), of any tier, who has the required classification(s) in the List of Subcontractors. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities in the bid in accordance with the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law. Each bid must be delivered to reach the Division of Purchasing prior to the stated time of the opening of the bids. The County will not be responsible for late delivery by the U.S. Mail or any other carrier. If hand delivered, please note that parking and security access at the County Complex may cause delays and bidders should take them into consideration in order to submit a timely bid.
