Reference Number 0000330820 The project consists of the construction of a new water main from the south side of River Frontage Road to the intersection of Front Street and 7th Street with borings under Interstate 70 (I-70) and under the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR). Construction is anticipated to commence in early 2024 as weather conditions permit. The Town may reject all or any part of a bid when it is determined to be in the best interests of the Town. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids or accept what is, in its sole judgment, the best bid and to waive any informalities of a trivial nature.
