Demolition and site work for a residential development in Wataga, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

Reference Specification Section in email. No questions shall be taken over the phone. Bidders are strongly encouraged as a Prime Bidder or Sub-Contractor to ensure timely receipt of bidding documents and notices related to this bid and be listed as a plan holder. The Owner and Engineer are NOT responsible for any incompleteness of bidding documents made available electronically A certified check or bank draft, payable to Village of Wataga, negotiable U.S. Government bonds (at par value) or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to 5% of the total Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. Attention is called to the fact that no less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project, and that the Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex or national origin. Compliance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws, rules and regulations is required. Village of Wataga reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to accept other than the lowest bid, and to waive any irregularities or informalities in bids received. Bids may be held by Village of Wataga for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding the Contract.
