The CONTRACTOR shall completely dismantle or demolish all structures and existing buildings on the parcels listed on attachment "A" and properly remove all material and debris. All pavement and fencing shall be removed unless directed by the Sparta Township Board of Trustees. No Bid May Be Withdrawn for a Period of Thirty (30) Days After the Opening of the Bids. No Bid Bond Will Be Required; However, the Successful Bidder, Upon His Failure or Refusal to Execute and Deliver the Contract Within Fourteen (14) Days After Receiving Notice of the Acceptance of the Bid or Upon is Failure or Refusal to Execute and Deliver a Performance Bond and Furnish The Certificate of Insurance at Least Fourteen (14) Days Prior to Beginning Work on the Project, Shall Pay to Owner, as Liquidated Damages for Such Failure or Refusal, an Amount Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of His Bid Plus Reasonable Attorneys' Fees Incurred for Collecting Such Damages. The Sparta Township Board Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Technicalities. Specifications Which Provide for the Payment of Prevailing Wages and Furnishing a Performance Bond Are On File and May Be Examined or Obtained by Contacting the Township Supervisor as Above Set Forth.
