The scope of work shall include cleaning all accumulated deposits from each tank and inspecting each tank to assess the structural integrity, degree of corrosion, and other conditions that affect water quality. Inspections shall include a written assessment and a video record of each tank before and immediately after cleaning. All records shall be provided to the Town within 14 days of completion of the work. All work shall conform to RIDOH Drinking Water Supply Regulations and AWWA Manual of Water Supply Practices M22, including approved disinfection procedures and other applicable Federal and State requirements governing the described work. The contractor shall provide no less than a one-year warranty on the work.
