Boiler Services - Repair and Maintenance. The effective date of AWARD shall be on or about March 19, 2024. Kindly contact DPW Superintendent Gary Robar at (401) 539-8474, or via email, at DPWSuperintendent1@richmondri.com with any questions, regarding this Request for Proposals and/or bidding process. The successful bidder must enter into a Contractual Agreement with the Town of Richmond within fifteen (15) days after the bid award date. The Town of Richmond reserves the right to reject any/all bids, waive any informalities in the bids received and to accept and award the bid to the lowest qualified bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the Town of Richmond.
