A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The City of Hobbs, New Mexico, located in Lea County, will construct street & drainage improvements at Latitude 32.691308 Longitude -103.127428 on Midwest St. beginning at Dal Paso St. then east to approximately 300 ft. east of Ninth St. and on First, Farquhar, Jefferson, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, and Ninth from the alley north of Skelly St. to Main St. Improvements consist of approximately 16,376 CY of process and removal of existing asphalt surface and base course followed by construction of: approximately 23,089 SY subgrade preparation, base course, pavement; approximately 4,788 SY of concrete sidewalk; approximately 8,259 LF of curb and gutter and some utility work and signage. This Project is funded in whole or in part by a grant from the state of New Mexico Smail Cities Community Development Block Grant Program and is subject to requirements of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development and the funding agency.
