As of April 17, 2024, a design team has been identified. Design is expected to take about 90 days. There is no timeline for construction at this time and no budget is currently set. The City of Hobbs is seeking professional design services to conduct comprehensive and strategic design of a proposed multi-generational family aquatics center. Design plans should include parking, aquatics facilities, infrastructure, and any other items that should be given consideration when designing a multi-generational family aquatics center. Any individual(s) or firm(s) proposing to perform Professional Architectural Design Services must be appropriately licensed / registered in the State of New Mexico at the time of submission of the Qualifications DEADLINE - 5:00 PM, January 23, 2024. Submitted proposals shall not be publicly opened. In case of ambiguity or lack of clarity, the City of Hobbs, New Mexico reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous thereof, or to reject any or all proposals and waive irregularities.
