Construction of 63,806 SF (69775 SF if Bid Lot 1 is taken) new Southern Heights Elementary School on the existing Southern Heights Elementary School site to serve 500 students, grades Pre K-5. BID LOT NO. 001 - ADDITIONAL PRE-K CLASSROOMS BID LOT NO. 002 - CHANGE INTERIOR CMU WALLS FROM SMOOTH TO BURNISHED BID LOT NO. 003 - DELETE THE NORTH PLAYFIELD AND IRRIGATION BID LOT NO. 004 - DELETE THE UPPER CASEWORK IN ALL GENERAL CLASSROOM, KINDERGARTEN, AND PRE-K CLASSROOMS BID LOT NO. 005 - DELETE THE ADDITIONAL PLUMBING FIXTURES IN THE PRE-K AND KINDERGARTEN CLASSROOMS BID LOT NO. 006A - INSTALL THE TELESCOPIC BLEACHERS AT A 250 PERSON CAPACITY BID LOT NO. 006B - DELETE THE TELESCOPIC BLEACHERS Qualifications are required for those subcontractors whose contract value will be over $1,050,000. Addendum #3 has been released.
