The Contractor shall be responsible for coordination of all work, including demolition to completion of all renovation work items, working hours, staging of materials & logistics with the Building Superintendent and obtaining any Building Permits that may be required. Background Inspirica is the owner of this transitional Housing Complex which houses 3 floors of residents with disabilities and all bathrooms in need of renovation or upgrading. All Bathrooms are approx. 8'x 5' or 40 sf and all have a full stand-up shower stall, vanity & toilet. All bathrooms are non-compliant with ADA standards and need upgrading.
