This project consists of the removal and replacement of all existing interior and exterior lighting. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or certified check for a sum no less than 5 percent of the base bid, payable to the City of Pearl. Bids shall be submitted on the form to be furnished by the Architect. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. All interested bidders are required to have a valid email address for registration and ordering. Printing costs shall be the responsibility of the bidder.The Contractor shall be responsible for all printing and distribution to subcontractors, suppliers and installers. Shipping, if required, is added to any order based on method selected. Out-of-State orders will not be charged sales tax. In-state orders will be charged 8.0% sales tax.
