The project scope is to add approximately 16 light poles and luminaires on the west side of N. Flowood Dr. including all conduit, bores, including a state highway bore, connections to existing power sources and other work required as shown in the Construction Plans. No prospective BIDDER/CONTRACTOR may withdraw his proposal within SIXTY (60) DAYS after the actual date of the opening thereof. The intent of Bids received by Owner is to establish unit prices for anticipated work that may be necessary to repair City Owned infrastructure in emergency or certain other situations. Bids will be compared and awarded at the time services are needed on the basis of the required pay items, quantity and unit price for the work that is required and the availability of the Bidder. The CITY OF FLOWOOD reserves the right to waive any information or irregularities or to reject any or all bids.
