Reference Number 0000330956 The installation of a Duro-Last roof system on the Chemical Building at the Water Treatment Plant. The building is approximately 4,455 ft2 (81' x 55'). Work to include the installation of 1/2 " fanfold insulation and a 40-mil single ply membrane as manufactured by Duro-Last. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Installation Required - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required - Warranty Information Required Award Requirements - All or None Award Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % B. Inspect the existing Duro-Last roof, and prep it for installation of a new Duro-Last roof over the top of the existing one. C. Install 1/2" fanfold insulation as provided by Duro-Last Roofing. D. Install a walkway system over the finished roof to protect it from falling ice shards from any overhead adjacent roof, or structures, and to provide access to mechanical roof equipment. E. Contractor shall furnish and install a White 40 mil single-ply membrane roofing system that is fabricated of a weft inserted low-shrink, anti-wicking polyester fabric and has a thermoplastic coating of PVC material laminated to both sides as manufactured by DuroLast Roofing, Inc. F. Install prefabricated flashings in accordance with the membrane manufacturer specifications on all penetrations. G. Install 24-gauge 2-piece gravel stop prefabricated fascia system to parapet walls as supplied by membrane manufacturer to encapsulate existing coping cap and install 1 3/4 " fascia bar with metal cover. Owner to select color. H. Dispose of all debris in an approved facility in accordance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
