SCOPE OF WORK 1. Protect surfaces not be painted or disturbed using tape, tarps, plywood, plastic, etc. 2. Safely access the work surfaces using aerial work platforms, ladders, and/or scaffolding. 3. Power sand to profile all surfaces, remove all loose coatings and feather in loose edges. 4. Pressure wash with a degreaser additive to remove all dirt, dust, and contaminants. 5. Apply (1) one coat of Devoe 201H Devran epoxy primer to the bare and rusted areas. 6. Apply (2) two full coats of Devoe Devthane 379 gloss aliphatic urethane with color to match existing (main body of monument - verify with owner) 7. Detail out and apply two coats of Devoe Devthane 379 to the atom portion of the monument (again colors to match existing - verify with owner)
