Reference Number 0000275395 Source ID PU.AG.USA.1561.C6053701 Piggyback Contract No Questions are submitted online No This contract shall consist of the prep work and painting of the walls and filter boxes in the three (3) filter galleries at the Monroe Water Treatment Plant, in accordance with the specifications and the manufacturer's recommendations. The City of Monroe reserves the right to accept any proposal, to reject any proposal or to waive defects in proposals. A bid bond or certified check made payable to the City of Monroe in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid must be posted by each bidder with his / her bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid within THIRTY (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof, but may withdraw it at any time prior to the scheduled closing time for receipts of bids. We plan to recommend an award at the Monroe City Council meeting on January 18, 2022. All work to be completed within 90 days of receipt of purchase order.
