Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the construction of a 231,000-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Subcontractor/vendor Qualifications From All Qualified Subcontractors and Suppliers Including, but Not Limited to All DBE's, on the CCSD South Career & Technical Academy The scope of work will include the construction of a new 236,000 GSF, three-story high school including classrooms for specialized instruction, a new sports field, exterior basketball and tennis courts, new gymnasium, administrative offices, central commons area, and an area for kindergarten classes. On-site parking, landscape, utilities, and a detached central plant, along with other site structures, will also be included in the scope for this project. The estimated project cost is ~$150,000,000.00. 100% Payment and Performance Bonds may be required
