Renovation of a conference / convention center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
Respondents are requested to direct any questions concerning this RFB to Miller Project Management at 702-892-2881 or admin@millerpmlv.com, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM PDT, Monday through Friday. Communication between a Bidder and any member of the Board of Directors of the Authority or between a non-designated Authority representative regarding the selection of a proponent or award of this RFB is prohibited from the time the Invitation to Bidders is advertised until the posting of the agenda for intent to award. Questions pertaining to this Invitation to Bidders shall be addressed to the Authority representative specified on the Invitation to Bidders. Failure of a Bidder, or any of its representatives, to comply with this paragraph may result in their Bid being rejected. The scope of work includes but is not limited to asphalt removal, excavation: of mixed soil/materials, and chemicals of potential concerns (COPC) soil, removal of: below grade slabs and foundations, hard substrate and ACP pipe, import fill material and engineered fill to grade.
