Parkdale Park - Basketball Court Replacement and Season Pool Building T.I. A requirement of the contract includes a certification that Bidder is not currently engaged in and agrees for the duration of the contract not to engage in, a boycott of Israel. The Work consists demolition of the existing basketball court and construction of new concrete basketball court (42x74 w/ ' edge perimeter on all sides), converting existing storage area to first aid room, cashier area and observation area, removal existing fencing section and entrance door, installation of new steel pool gate section at lifeguard building and connect to existing pool perimeter fencing. and Installation of additional sidewalk at new walk gate entrance, partial landscaping. Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division 01 General Requirements and the following using materials noted on Drawings and Specifications: Demolition of existing concrete basketball, Grading, New concrete basketball construction (approximately 4200 square feet), New basketball hoops. Tenant Improvement work to seasonal pool building includes interior partition demolition, new cashier exterior window with rolldown shutter, repainting walls and ceiling, new cool pool deck surface floor. Exterior part of TI at seasonal building includes removal of existing fencing section and entrance door, installations of new steel pool gate section at lifeguard building and connecting to existing pool perimeter fencing. Incudes (2) new self-closing/latching walk gates, core drilling deck for new fence post footings and patching deck as needed drought resistant landscaping in grass removal area.
