Through this Request for Proposals ("RFP"), the City of Merritt (the "City") invites Proposals from suitability experienced civil contracting firms, to perform construction services for the City's proposed 'Airport Lease Lots Development', that focuses on the earthworks required at existing Merritt Airport lease lots to make them more suitable for future development.
