The project is funded, in part, through a New York Main Street Anchor grant. Federal and/or NYS prevailing wage rated do NOT apply. 107-111 Main Street, which is currently vacant, is located on the highly trafficked corner of Main Street and Port Watson Street. The project will include the full renovation of three upper floors to house six residential apartments and a first-floor commercial use.
