**As of October 27, 2023, project was awarded to Earle Asphalt Co, awarded amount is $284,913.13.** The project includes approximately 1212 tons of hot mix asphalt top course, 7,254 SY milling, 166 SY DGA base course, 7 tons intermediate (leveling) course paving and 35 tons of base course paving, 789 LF concrete curb, four (4) Type "A" inlets, 300 LF 8-inch perforated drainage pipe and all restoration including road restriping, driveway, stone and landscaping. CHECK MUST BE MADE PAYABLE TO BOROUGH OF SHIP BOTTOM. If a FedEx or UPS account is not available and they have to be mailed, an additional payment of $30.00 will be required and that check must be made payable to Owen, Little & Associates, Inc. Official documents must be purchased from Owen, Little & Associates for Bid Submission. No downloaded documents will be accepted, as we cannot guarantee accuracy. A BID BOND drawn to the order of the Borough of Ship Bottom in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the amount of the Bid, but no more than $20,000.00, must be submitted with the proposal as BID SECURITY, pursuant to Local Public Contract Law (LPC) 40A:11-21. Bids may be submitted by mail or in person at any time prior to the time for receiving and opening the same. Bidders are required to comply with N.J.S.A 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C.. 17:27. The Borough of Ship Bottom reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any and all bids.
