The project includes approximately the removal of 5,028 SY of pavement, installation of 844 tons of hot mix asphalt top course, 1,084 tons of hot mix asphalt intermediate course, 5,028 SY DGA base course, 862 LF of concrete curb, seven (7) inlets, 563 LF of Drainage Pipe and all restoration including road restriping, driveway, stone and landscaping. 2024 Borough Utility Replacement Project - W. 7th St. from Long Beach Blvd to Barnegat Avenue: The project includes approximately 553 LF of sanitary sewer replacement including 355 LF of lateral replacement, One (1) manhole replacement, 56 LF of Cured in Place pipe liner, 1,265 LF of water main replacement with 740 LF of water service replacement, three (3) hydrant replacements, and all pavement and site restoration required. A BID BOND drawn to the order of the Borough of Ship Bottom in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the amount of the Bid, but no more than $20,000.00, Docs notes ; If a FedEx or UPS account is not available and they have to be mailed, an additional payment of $30.00 will be required and that check must be made payable to Owen, Little & Associates, Inc.
