Period of Contract: From Date of Award through Two Years (*Renewable for up to three (3) optional one (1) year periods thereafter). The Contractor shall provide all labor, Supervision, Equipment Tools, Materials and incidentals necessary to maintain, in working order, security and fire detection systems owned by or later acquired by the Virginia State University. Pricing for new units shall be negotiated when necessary. The Contractor shall be paid at the conclusion of work performed for each building. The Contractor shall provide on-call and emergency repair services when requested and shall submit a separate invoice for payment for each occurrence. No later than the 10th of the month following the month in which the service was performed. Invoices shall list the dates and charges for labor and materials for the previous month. A copy of the work report form with all the required information and copies of the Contractors' actual paid invoices for parts and materials shall be attached.
