Renovation of an educational facility in Petersburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of December 4, 2023 the project was not yet been awarded the timeline for the award has not yet been established. Richard Bland College is requesting bid for the Training Room Project, which includes supplying labor and material to convert two Common Areas on the 2nd Floor of each building, Freedom and Patriot Hall, to an Athletic Training Room o Provide 1,270 sq. ft Gerflor, Taraflex Multiuse 6.2 Flooring in colorway 6381 Maple with color matching weld rod o Provide ADA resilient transition strip to be concealed under center of door to accommodate existing corridor carpet to new 6.2mm thick flooring Provide Tarkett 4"H Cove Base 210 linear feet rubber rolled goods in colorway 38 Pewter Paint all existing doors and trim Sherwin Williams SW6247 Krypton in Semi-Gloss. (4 doors) Field Paint color to be Sherwin Williams SW7005 Pure White. Approx 1,570 sq ft o Accent Paint color to be Sherwin Williams SW6452 Inland. Paint plan EAST wall accent paint. Paint Alcove accent color. Approx 870 sq ft. o Provide 42 lineal feet of wall hung mirrors 6'H mounted 1' AFF. Provide (4) 3% Openness roller shades mounted between wall: Approx 6'-6" wide ea. Provide 1,270 sq ft of Armstrong canyon 1492 24x24 white ceiling tile, while maintaining the existing grid. Square footage for demo should match the new work quantities. Project shall be completed no later than January 1, 2024.
