This is a construction management at risk project. All contractors on this project are considered Subcontractors to River City Construction, L.L.C (RCC). RCC will award separate contracts for all bid packages involved in the project. The project will be managed and coordinated by RCC. The project includes the construction of a new 2-story, 38,716sf law enforcement center.
