The Board of County Commissioners of Coffey County will accept sealed Bids for 2,500 tons of Bulk Deicing Salt (FOB County Shop) at the County Clerk's Office, 110 S. 6th St., Burlington, Kansas, 66839 The fax cover sheet or the subject line of the email for electronic bid should plainly state "Bulk Deicing Salt." The bid quotation should reflect the list price of the Bulk Deicing Salt including the FOB to the County Shop at 1510 S. 6th St., Burlington, KS 66839, with a delivery time as needed with a request period for partial delivery with a five (5) day notice from the date of order. The Board of County Commissioners of Coffey County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and the right to waive any or all informalities or irregularities therein.
