Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Burlington, Kansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 38,716-square-foot, two-story above grade fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
This is a construction management at risk project. All contractors on this project are considered Subcontractors to River City Construction, L.L.C (RCC). RCC will award separate contracts for all bid packages involved in the project. The project will be managed and coordinated by RCC. The project includes the construction of a new 2-story, 38,716sf law enforcement center. The scope of work includes site demolition, site utilities, concrete foundations, masonry, structural steel, rough & finish carpentry, roofing, thermal and moisture protection, doors/frames/hardware, overhead doors, skylights, glazing, drywall/framing, ceramic tile, resilient flooring, fluid applied flooring, tile carpeting, painting and coating, high performance coatings, Division 10 specialties, detention equipment, laundry equipment, foodservice equipment, window treatment, hydraulic elevators, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electric, communications, electronic safety and security, earthwork, and exterior improvements.
