The City of Santa Clara (CITY) desires to engage a qualified firm (CONSULTANT) for the services as described in this Scope of Services. This Scope of Services is anticipated as necessary to meet CITY's objectives as described under Section III. PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND REQUIRED SERVICES of this document. The Proposer shall incorporate their own expertise into their proposed Scope of Services to be submitted as part of their proposal and propose additions, deletions, or modifications to this Scope of Services that the Proposer deems necessary or advisable to meet CITY's objectives. This Scope of Services is anticipated as necessary to meet CITY's objectives.
