Site work for a civil project in Trinity, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope Rehabilitation of Lift Stations 2, 3, and 12 including installation of new submersible pumps, base elbows, rails, discharge piping, valves, and force main piping new pump control panels and associated electrical site improvements Bypass pumping as required Construction of new lift station concrete tops with access hatches Interior coating of existing wet wells All associated appurtenances, accessories, and site work for the above scope of work. Estimate: $100,000 to $300,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The deadline to ask questions is 10/16/2023 3:00 PM CDT. A Certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of Westwood Shores MUD or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value) or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder of an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid.
