The City of Siloam Springs will be accepting sealed bids for Chemicals used at the Water Treatment Plant, 2600 S Carl St., and the Wastewater Treatment Plant, 975 Anderson Ave., Siloam Springs, AR until 2:00 pm October 26, 2023. The City shall open and compare the bids and thereafter award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, but the City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities, if in the City's opinion, it is in the best interest of the City. The supplier will specify the delivery and installation time in their bid, but if the delivery/installation time is not met, the City may cancel the contract, without penalty to the City.
