Site work for a water / sewer project in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Addendums to the bid package will be issued through the online MCE Plan Holders List; therefore, all prime bidders shall be responsible for obtain the bid documents from the MCE in order to be included in the Plan Holders List and submit a bid. Bidders must enter the addenda numbers in the Proposal to verify receipt. The project consists of constructing approximately 1,100 feet of new 18-inch diameter sanitary sewer interceptor along Maxwell Street near downtown Siloam Springs, between Main Street and Flint Place. In order to perform public work, the successful Bidder shall, as applicable, hold such Contractor s and Business Licenses as required by State statutes and the Rules and Regulations of the Arkansas Contractor s Licensing Board. The City shall open and compare the bids and thereafter award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, but only if it is in the opinion of the City that the best interests of the City would be served thereby. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, and to postpone the award of the Contract for a period of time which shall not exceed 90 days from the bid opening date.
