The City of Siloam Springs is requesting a Statement of Qualifications from interested and qualified firms for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the Citys Wastewater Plant Headworks Upgrade project. General Scope of Work: The City of Siloam Springs is soliciting qualifications from construction management firms properly licensed to provide construction management services as a construction manager at risk (CMAR). Professional services required include: o Ensure all funds are spent in accordance with State of Arkansas Procurement laws. o Guaranteed maximum price (GMP) development. o Cost Estimating. o Sub-contractor bidding and procurement. o Project and change order pricing. o Schedule control. o Cost reduction and control.
