Liquidated Damages If the Work is Not Completed Within the Required Time, Liquidated Damages Will Be Charged in Accordance With the Applicable Specifications, or as They May Be Amended by the Special Provisions at the Rate of Fifteen Hundred ($1,500.00) Per Day Until the Work is Completed. Seasonal Shutdown Date The Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is: March 31, 2024.
