Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Roblin, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Municipality of Roblin is seeking a request for quotation for a 2024 paving project comprising of Parts A, B, and C, as outlined below: 1. Part A - 4th Ave SW from PTH 83 S to PTH 5 W including the Roblin Fire & Rescue parking lot area. 2. Part B - 4th Ave SW from PTH 83 S to PTH 5 W including the Roblin Fire & Rescue parking lot area and the west-side shoulder* of the street from PTH 83 to King Street. 3. Part C - 4th Ave SW from PTH 83 S to PTH 5 W including the Roblin Fire & Rescue parking lot area and both shoulders* of the street from PTH 83 to King Street. *Shoulder work will only proceed if agreed to by the residents as a Local Improvement Plan.
