High tensile coloured metal walls, coloured metal roof 2"x 6" strapping on walls and 2" x 6" strapping on roof @ 2' o.c. 3-16'x 16' overhead door with R16 insulation, electric operators 3-22' x 16' overhead doors with R16 insulation, electric operators 4-4' insulated steel walk-in doors 2" x 8" treated at base Anything below ground or in contact with concrete must be treated Eaves troughing All hardware to complete. Interior: R28 wall, R50 ceiling Poly vapour barrier, 2" x 4" strapping on walls White metal lined interior walls and ceiling Any other engineering requirements deemed necessary should be listed separately.
