Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages Sub Completion All Work to Complete Phase 1 Mowing. The Work Must Be Completed on Phase 1 by No Later Than July 21, 2024 Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Two Hundred Fifty ($250.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Completion All Work to Complete Phase 2 Mowing. The Work Must Be Completed on Phase 2 by No Later Than October 27, 2024. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Two Hundred Fifty ($250.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed.
