The Residential Water Meter Replacement Program consists of the installation and replacement of water meters and remote radio transmitters at approximately 13,000 locations throughout the City of Rock Island over a period of 5 years. The City of Rock Island reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality or technical error, and to accept any bid deemed most favorable to the interests of the City of Rock Island.
